How do I Exchange?Updated a month ago

We’re happy to offer free exchanges for the same product and style in a different size or color, as long as the item is in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached.

Please note that exchanges can’t be made for different products or styles — even if they look similar — as they may come from a different season, collection, or price point. The return portal will automatically show you all available exchange options.

Once we receive your original item, your exchange will be processed within 2–3 business days, and your new item will ship out with free standard delivery.

If you need your replacement sooner, we recommend selecting “Return for Refund” or “Return for Store Credit” and placing a new order with your preferred shipping speed.
